Wasn't Josuke nerfed to hell and back in part 4? I haven't finished it yet but considering how Dio was supposed to be this supreme being, Josuke, having his power, should have been able to absolutely wipe the floor in every battle he was in.

Part 7 and 8 are unironic kino especially now that it is revealed that the Doctor isn't a stand user, but actually a Stand himself.

He's still feared by everyone throughout parts 4 and 5 despite being nerfed overtime. Time based stands are just OP.
