Did he ever write anything sober?

redo dead zone just to make the president at the end donald trump

if Trump tried to hide behind a child to avoid assassination his supporters would blame the child for not catching enough bullets.

>writing
>sober
choose one

that story where the family teleports but the kid doesn't breath in the anesthesia so he goes crazy

From a Buick 8

The Jaunt

I'd like to see a show about the Stand that doesn't end with a deus ex machina. Cut the last part of the book out.

Eyes of the dragon. Alternatively the complete history of randall flagg

Riding the Bullet
The Talisman

definitely The Long Walk

Redo Desperation but give it an ending that doesn't suck

If Trump tried to hide behind a child to avoid assassination his assassins would shoot the child and then say Trump did it.

Tak!

That would never happen though because it's not Trump but Biden who constantly has a child within arm's reach at any given moment.

Did he ever write anything good?

I can see the 'Trump murders child' headlines on CNN already

dam wen u put it like dat tho

Biden would just molest the child until everyone got too disgusted and left

Insomnia (1994)

long walk would be coming of age kino. the ending might be a little too up to interpretation for the laymen netflix viewer

kek

Am I just visiting the wrong places or are the Trump supporters you know really this bad? I hardly ever see anyone pro trump defending him as much as the left defends dindu joggers

not really but he's got a talent for writing believable characters and his early books are quite comfy.

I used to joke that everything before the van was great, then the van squashed the talent out of him and nothing's been good ever since.

There's no point, though
People hate Trump with something akin to a religious zeal
You are never going to argue someone out from a position they hold on faith

You can easily tell which ones he wrote sober because those all suck ass

they're really that bad. people love trump with something akin to a religious zeal.
you are never going to argue someone out from a position they hold on faith

How the fuck do you stretch that out into a feature film....

This.
I'm assuming this would be at a televised event (and have countless witnesses) so there'd be footage of it.
The footage of the assassins shooting the kid would be freely and easily accessible on the Internet but the headlines of "Trump Murders Child in Random Spree Shooting" would be paraded around anyway.

Aren't they adapting that one?

If assassins came at Biden with loaded weapons he'd just yank the kid he had between his legs under the desk up in front of his face as a human-shield.

lol, okay
I'm not even pro-Trump but it doesn't take a lot of reflection to see this as the case

Yeah, that one was great. Loved the "alternate history" aspect where WW2 continued into the 50s and Germany nuked parts of the east coast.

All the short stories.

The regulators 1996

everything kind has ever written is always in some stage of development for a movie/Tv show or a remake. doesn't mean it'll actually happen though, least of all now.

That one was so fucking overwritten. I think he had a mental break halfway through and just wrote the same three chapters over and over again

This One.

Titus the Helpful Padlock is too problematic for modern audiences, not to mention racist.
