turns out it makes sense for us to see a character who was directly impacted by the events of the original comic. instead we were treated to having to follow this sister night character who really has nothing to do with the comic

possibly one of the worst first episodes of a show i have ever seen. the viewer should not be confused as to how this show is connected to the source material for the entire 50 minutes

I enjoyed this show a lot until its super formulaic, comic book-like ending. I don't know if they were going for a subversion since the original had a very NOT comic book-like ending but it left a horrible taste in my mouth.

It was absolutely set in a world that was entirely comic-accurate.

I feel you could say this about the entire show. It had a load of potential and ideas but it just wasted it. It felt like Prometheus all over again.
