I graduated in 2003 and the chads/jocks/popular kids were the chillest people around and were always friendly.

Because “nerds” in movies are stand-ins for the Jewish writers and producers and “Chads” are symbols of the white men. at least in my school the ones who did the bullying was the Nelson from the Simpsons type guys (long hair, band shirts, baggy jeans), the chads just hangout with other chads and stacies and kept to themselves
