Liking kino

>liking kino
>not liking Evangelion
How do you explain this contradiction?

I'm not a transexual

It's the same reason people refuse to read even though there's plenty of quality works on paper. It's autism.

Do not tempt me, you emptyheaded woman. Rather than indulging in immoral behavior and the empty calories of donuts, I would much rather prefer to watch the fine Godzilla film on the television, if you don't mind. Speaking of Godzilla, did you dumb skanks know there are
>only 246 days until Godzilla vs Kong

Zig Forums is the other way.

You can like some kino and not other kino

>go to evangelion wiki
>click on "angels" article
>click on "adam" article
>click on "seed of life" article
>click on "first ancestral race"
>The First Ancestral Race are ancient, extraterrestial progenitors of life. They were likely a humanoid species with hyper-advanced technological capabilities. The First Ancestral Race was responsible for the creation of the Seeds of Life, their Moons, the Lances of Longinus, the Dead Sea Scrolls. They are also the ultimate source of life for both humans and the Angels.
this shit is literally ancient aliens: the cartoon

99% of anime sounds like some bullshit made up by a six year old. They just keep adding and adding and adding and adding shit until they reach a point where the plot is the fate of the universe, with no regard for actual character drama or tension or anything. Asuka's mother's soul is in one of the mechs? The mechs actually have souls? So whats the point of a pilot? There's two giant aliens that are the origin of life on earth, but one is good and one is bad but not really? Also even BIGGER aliens made them? One of the pilots is a clone? of a clone? OF A CLONE? What? SEETH wants to put every human into a giant hive mind? It just goes on and on and on and on and on, its like talking to a toddler. Ugh. UGH.

>They just keep adding and adding and adding and adding shit
just like you're post I didn't read

I get what you mean, but the jargon and the tone of the thing and the horror of the angels and the cries of the evas that all melds with the (albeit not particarly deep) psychological stuff really does something for me. It's not a rational thing, like plotting out the plot on paper, it's a feeling. The people going on about how deep it is though when it really isn't in the way that they mean at least are what gives it a bad name. Overall it's just a good ride. Trying to understand the plot too hard just takes away from it imo.

SHARE YOUR ANIME WISHLIST!

> Misato & Shinji get a genuine reconciliation in Evangelion Final.

> Final is notably better received then 3.0 was.

> We get a small Eva series set between 2.0 & 3.0 showing what happened in the aftermath of near 3rd Impact. We get to see Mark 6 in action, Kaworu interacting with characters besides Shinji, Misato falling apart & Mari gets built up as a character.

> A live action Evangelion movie is never made.

> More seasons of Black Lagoon with a good amount of Balalaika screen time & more fan service than in previous seasons.

> The Yuri Miyazono Witchblade novel (a prequel to the masane amaha anime?) is released in english & is made into a anime series (with the exact same animation style).

> Dragonball Z gets some spin off movies set in various pre-Super points in the franchise timeline.
> Tone is notably more serious than Super. Go back to the mad science, cosmic mystery & mysticism vibes of the early DBZ movies.
> Goku is not the lead in any of them. Vegeta, Piccolo & maybe Gohan (post killing cell, or post mystic?) are.
> Animation is notably more detailed & gritty than super.

> The 2005 Guyver series gets a sequel series or movie.

> A big budget live action Guyver movie is made.

> Madhouse does some of the following...
> 1 - A sequel to their previous X-Men series with the exact same artstyle.
> 2 - A Thor anime movie or series with the same detailed shadowy artstyle as their X-Men series or the Deadshot sequence of Batman Gotham Knight. It's perhaps a adaption of God Butcher/God Bomb?
> 3 - Superman &/or Wonder Woman anime anthology movies like Gotham Knight.
> 4 - Godzilla anime separate from the Netflix trilogy & has a animation style close to the Highlander anime or the Deadshot sequence of Gotham Knight rather then the 3d garbage of the Netflix version. It's perhaps a adaption of a previous Godzilla project that was never made (bagan?)

> Gonzo's Bayonetta Bloody Fate gets a sequel with the same artstyle.

> Harmony Gold gets legally btfo & their reign of contractual blackmail related to Macross/Robotech/Battletech is ended forever.

> The Gundams in the live action adaption are as faithful to the comics as the Gundam in Ready Player One. Someone like Gareth Edwards or the Russo brothers directs.

Hentai!
> Genuine Futa on Male scenes start coming out.

> New Bible Black series with the exact same art style as New Testament and has Futa on Male rape scenes with guys getting absolutely pounded.
