Was there any other movie from this past decade that appealed this strongly to both mega plebs and patricians? Pretty sure everyone likes this movie.
Was there any other movie from this past decade that appealed this strongly to both mega plebs and patricians...
I watched this and I'm glad that I grew up poor, right..?
no? only dudebros and normies like this movie. it's scorsese's most soulless film
shut the fuck up, chud
was a good movie. Funny as fuck. tv dosnt like it for some reason.
what is this chud word people started sayin?
chud's fud and sud
it's trash and a wall street movie with vin fuckinh diesel shits on it
DUDE SEX DRUGS AND MONEY!!
AND WEEEED!!
SELL ME THIS PEN!!!
Scorsese is great at getting plebs and patricians to love his films. At least his blockbuster films, I doubt many plebs bought a ticket for Silence (which by the way is a much better film than TWOWS)
It's a great movie though. Great performances from everyone, from DiCaprio to Hill to Chandler, fuck even Reiner's old fucking ass did a damn good job in his role. Scorsese's ability to get the best out of his actors has never waned (including in Silence, which boasts the best performances from both Garfield and Driver)
Movie sucked
didn't watch because jonah hills fatass was in it
Best scene is when he’s watching Donnie choke on a piece of ham, and he’s actually considering letting him die. I don’t think it was Naomi’s screaming that convinced him to save Donnie, but I think it was cuz Jordan is a good person. It flew over a lot of people’s heads
About as good as Tony Soprano
Probably the worst movie ever made come to think of it
scorsese never tells you whether to love or hate his characters. it's up to you. and the result is he exposes most of people as amoral disgusting hacks and assholes. the final scene of the wolf is such a perfect example of all that
worst? really? why?
>Pretty sure everyone likes this movie.
bait and you just made it because i said how excruciating it is in another thread.
For a website that fancies itself for being individualistic, you guys sure hate things simply because of their fanbases quite often (even when the fanbases have missed the point anyways)
That's because Zig Forums is where peak NPCs reside in mass number. It's literally a cry for normalcy and in some cases square behavior.
Liking popular things shows a lack of individuality actually
The movie is fine but Terence Winter sure tried his best to ruin it with its garbage script. Every time I watch it I dread scenes like the butler saying "This is a gay thing right?" and the one where they discuss the usage of midgets. Reddit incarnate.
its one of these films
So does disliking things simply because they're popular
Not really. It's different
>its one of these films
A midwit filter.
The social Network seems universally praised
But WoW was actually even faster paced and more packed
the story behind the financing of the film is more interesting than the film itself. it was like making an autobiography of scamming
I hated it.
theres like this group on here that sfreaks out if anything mentions tattoos or drugs... like its some old ass conservative boomer on every board
Kind of ironic how the angry energy in this thread was a hallmark of that film, how curious.
Only complete fuckin low test faggots hate this movie.
Suck me off and swallow my coom it has test for you
