You'd need an agent. No production company accepts spec scripts these days. The Beeb has open submissions twice a year - - one for drama and one for comedy - - but the end result if you get shortlisted is a week-long private workshop and no guarantee of anything beyond that. If you're black or a woman or gay or trans then theatre might be something, as I only ever see companies asking for submissions from 'minority voices'. All in all, you're probably better off where you are.
