His stupid faces were never funny or the joke. The jokes were him stealing jokes from other people and saying fucked up things about youtubers, like saying he wants to kill a kid because the kid made a bad song, or calling someone a pedo rapist because he directed a music video. It was deadpan black humor ripping off Sam Hyde. It was shock humor.
Eventually he realized he can no longer do that and only did ''funny faces'' which were not received as well, which is why he stopped making these videos.

He deserves a foot on the neck in minecraft for throwing Jontron under the bus like a snake.

A midget twitch streamer spewed a bunch of garbage at him about how whites are the criminal race and blacks actually commit very little crime, so Jontron responded by talking about how black crime is actually very high and rich blacks commit more crime than poor whites. It's correct but he still got attacked for saying such a thing.
h3h3 disowned him for that and threw him under the bus.

Don't forget, h3 subsequently had jon on his podcast and framed it as some sort of apology tour without jon's knowledge, then dispite jon saying multiple times that he didn't really want to get into the subject, he repeatedly steered conversation back to jon's previous claims and if he stood behind them.

Still, he didn't deserve any of that faux-cancellation bullshit, it was a very civil dialogue even after DesTINY's editor tried to make Jontrol look bad

They failed to ruin his life, but they did make things difficult for him. There are a shitload of contacts that Jontron can no longer access. He has to walk on eggshells for the rest of his career and at any point it can come back. Old controversies come back all the time and things change. If some jogger gets killed by a cop and it causes a big enough shitshow it can at any point trigger mass bannings of people who have had controversies.
Jontron wasn't kicked off youtube, but he is essentially completely silenced when it comes to anything political while everyone else can continue spewing the craziest leftist shit imaginable.

Then begins the downward spiral over I dunno how many years. He puts less effort into being funny because he figures people like him for who he is and not because he put effort into his videos to be funny. He starts taking himself seriously because he's a commentary channel now. He starts acting like he's a moral paradigm. He reveals himself as a greedy kike. He starts an unfunny podcast. He just stops being funny in general. He's just a serious kike.

He's no longer in touch with reality. Doesn't even realise how "ironic make-up" and bababooey makes him look like a fucking idiot.
