>Paved The Way For Lesser-Known Superheroes Bullshit from the start, hardly anyone outside of comic book fans had heard of any characters except Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman

It’s wrong, dark knight got nominated for best picture and won supporting actor in 08. BP won zero meaningful awards despite all the nominations

And despite being a so called household name, 21 bridges flopped
. It Legitimatized Superhero Movies In The Oscars Some superhero movies already won an Oscar, Dark Knight even won Best Actor. >4. It Showed The Impact Of Strong Female Characters Ripley and Sarah Connor already existed. >3. It Proved That A Predominantly Black Cast Can Draw Huge Audiences Cosby Show. >2. It Made Chadwick Boseman A Household Name He will be forgotten in less than a decade. While it was a big hit, Black Panther was also his only hit.

. Paved The Way For Lesser-Known Superheroes Black Panther is an unknown hero, huh? . It Brought Afrofuturism To The Mainstream Nibba, skyscrapers with hut tops, sheeeit. Was afrofuturism ever a thing to begin with for it to transition to mainstream? . It Created Science And Technology Role Models For Black Youth Nepotism at it's worst. Bitch was a scientist only because she was of royal blood. That plus magic material and you're set, black youth. . ItSpoke ToThe Differences Between Africans And Black Americans Black Americans aren't black enough and Africans outright hate them for that. Basically, nibbas are racist even to other nibbas. That difference? . It Set The Bar For Supervillains Through Killmonger Maybe? . It Showed The Impact Of Strong Female Characters You can't be a strong character anymore, just strong female. . It Proved That A Predominantly Black Cast Can Draw Huge Audiences Yeah, would've been interesting to see how this movie would manage if it didn't have a decade worth of franchise movies to back it up? I wonder. . It Made Chadwick Boseman A Household Name Finally, now Chadwick can get some actual serious roles and...oh. . It Became A Rallying Cry For Diversity And Representation In Films Yada-yada, 98% black cast = diversity. Go figure.

Show me the white museums with white people things. You literally steal artifacts from other people's culture to put in your museums.

It Made Chadwick Boseman A Household Name even with his death, nobody's going to remember him unless Disney keeps reminding us until the franchise burns out >1. It Became A Rallying Cry For Diversity And Representation In Films it was all fabricated by white people among other privileged groups I'm sure a lot of people enjoyed Black Panther, but let's not pretend is anything different from every marvel studio flick out there.

>10. Paved The Way For Lesser-Known Superheroes The MCU has been doing that, see Ant-Man. >9. It Legitimatized Superhero Movies In The Oscars They've been legitimized. Look at the visual effects awards. Also, Oscars are kinda useless now considering the tokenizing quotas they have. >8. It Brought Afrofuturism To The Mainstream Who in the mainstream is talking about "afrofuturism" now? >7. It Created Science And Technology Role Models For Black Youth Please show me the exponential rise in black scientists and engineers. STEM is not popular in the black community. Otherwise, these black-occupied areas in the US and Africa wouldn't be failures. >5. It Set The Bar For Supervillains Through Killmonger Who is the Joker?
OKAY I GUESS IT DIDNT. THIS GUY SAID SO. PACK UP EVERYBODY.

. It Made Chadwick Boseman A Household Name Aaaaand he died
. It Became A Rallying Cry For Diversity And Representation In Films Previous noncapeshit films already done that

I though the movie was pretty fun as a satire, making fun of WE WUZers, double digit IQ nigs and so on. I loved how cringe it was with seemingly serious tone. Other Marvel fliscks have a lot of quips but they land flat. Meanwhile this has almost none and yet it was hilarous.Dialouges are comedy gold. Lackluster CGI adds a lot of charm. Whole movie was like watching Paralympic Games. Or like watching two kids with down syndrome trying to achive something. Loved it!
