How is this documentary not consider libel against Shanann? They practically said she deserved it.

it has to be untrue for it to be libel
Hard to go through life and just not hate normies. They're just so despicable, like at the core of what they are. Its exhausting, everybody is such a fucking arrogant narcissist.
>Lied about being sterile to entrap chris into having kids
>Treated chris like shit
>Trained the kids to treat chris like shit
>Didn't have a job
>Bankrupt the family buying into social media supplement selling pyramid schemes
>Was set to bankrupt the family AGAIN with YET ANOTHER social media supplement selling pyramid scheme
This. Just sell your used panties and socks.
tfw no streamer gf
Because she did.
sometimes i feel like a loser for being unmarried in my 30s, working a low paying job and living in an attic. but i see shit like this and think.... it would be worse.
>How is this documentary not consider libel against Shanann?
Libel is written; slander is spoken. Regardless, no one said a bad thing about her. Viewers agree that she was an insufferable, attention-seeking cunt because of the facts presented and the way she behaved on social media and private texts: incessantly whining and talking shit about her husband.
>They practically said she deserved it.
No one so much as alluded to this. Did you even watch the documentary?
Sh'naan controlled the family finances but also was incredibly incompetent at doing that. My question is what exactly she was trying to do in life, all things considered. Did she think she was just 1 week away from being rich? They couldn't pay their bills, the medical expenses for the kids, the school fees, their mortgage. What was her end goal? To force Chris into taking charge? To just ruin him financially and then divorce? Or was she just a total retard with money who thought she was way smarter?

My gf went to school with Sh'naan and knew her - somewhat friends. One day I'll ask her for some details and make a thread maybe.
You can't libel the dead. I think.
She did.
Why didn't Chris just leave early on?
None of this was even in the documentary. Also OP’s a retard, because the doc didn’t even include all the weird abusive shit she did. Chris was (rightfully) made out to be a monster and a dumbass.
Libel can exist in permanent forms of capture such as video or audio. Even radio broadcasts have been considered libel. However, many jurisdictions have justifiably done away with the distinction and it's just defamation seeing as regardless of the medium the defamatory statements can be published to many people immediately.
Are you implying she didn't?
It's literally all footage and captured by her, her friends or by the the police officer at the house lmao
The constant hits to the head from thrown nuggets caused CTE, I blame the daughters.
Quit calling it a documentary. It was literally a replaying of events. No dialogue. No investigation. No nothing.
Early on he didn't have this to look forward to
Wtf, netflix would actually do this and present a coherent and reasonable story? I'm confused
>sending pictures of her husband sleeping and saying he rejected her sexual advances
She was clearly trying to position herself to win the divorce
>her
legally, you can't libel dead people
>he rejected her sexual advances
>this is grounds for divorce and alimony
No, but it could be considered secondary evidence of infidelity.
>rejecting sex
>not doing something
>evidence of anything
Think that one would work the other way around?
doesn't that mean you can get out of a libel case by just killing the person who brought the case against you
Never have unprotected sex unless you want a kid. Take no chances.
She looks like Francis' friend from Malcolm in the Middle
