I'm curious about when the movie would take place, in the 80s with Guy or in the present, which means Hal is either really old or became a green lantern after Guy.
The movie follows an older Hal Jordan who probably became a Green Lantern in the 80's with Guy training a young John Stewart who would be a contemporary to Baz and Cruz in the 2020's.
So if Hal became a green lantern in his 20s then he would be in his 60s in the movie
