>the epic conclusion to the Joker trilogy. Arthur is confronted by his old boss “Hoyt” from the first movie, tells him a few weeks after he got fired from his clown gig the stock dropped and he tells Arthur he needs to recoup 500K dollars or Hoyt will rat Arthur out to authorities, what proceeds to happen is a wild goose chase where Arthur robs banks and local 7-11s dressed as Joker.

Shoe LeBeouf should play the Joker sometime.

It would be cool to see this rendition of the joker actually doing some real joker shit like massively terrorizing Gotham or butting heads with a young batman but I also feel like it would stray pretty far from the more realistic vibe of the first movie. Pretty sure the creators stated that the movie was always meant to be a one off kinda thing so if they do a sequel you already know it's just for the money and not because they actually have anything planned for where to take the story.

Mafia/crime drama where Joker moves on from pure anarchy to running his own criminal empire. In an act of madness and ego he bleaches his skin and hair like in the comics, in order to step up his act. Have him face off against the Falcone family, or maybe Cobblepot.

Joker vs Batman. Batman takes down organized crime in Gotham and targets Joker's operations particularly hard due to his PTSD from his parents murder. Joker retaliates and learns Batman's true identity. Joker deludes himself into thinking Batman is his brother and tries to kill him for living the life he never had, but after remembering the truth about his mother, lets go of these feelings. He instead wants to entertain Batman, to be a one man show, and makes a similar vow as Ledger's Joker to "do this dance forever".
