What’s your favorite David Lynch moment? Not movie or show or whatever, just like a moment from one of his works that really stands out to you for some reason or another.

I'm a sucker for anything Laura Dern.

Gordon falling for the coordinate trap and almost getting sucked into the dutchman's lodge in TP the return was incredible

Yes. Fucking out of nowhere and beautiful and perfect.

Sleazy night club scene, FWWM. Laura runs screaming towards her friend as she's being mollested. Turns out Laura just wanted her jacket back. Kino.

Major Briggs describing his dream to his son
One of the most earnest moments in media I’ve seen

the International Pilot Ending for Twin Peaks, particularly Mike's speech
>I, too, have been touched by the devilish one
>and not wanting to tell the truth of what happened that night
I still don't know what happened desu

Bobby's walls come down in real time, very heart warming.

Same user. Really unexpected and fucking wrecks me every time. Not often you get mythology and personal stuff that works so well.

That scene in Mulholland Drive when they find the dead body.

The first episode of "On the Air" where a producer(?) is shakily holding a cup of coffee in each of his anxiety-ridden hands, while spilling them on the floor while and saying:
>My nerves, my nerves!

Mr C visiting the room above the gas station and walking from room to room.
Really really felt like a dream/nightmare.

a candy colored clown they call the sandman

> "If she could see me with such lovely friends, perhaps she could love me as I am. I've tried so hard to be good"
I cry every time

The one where I beat the shit out of all the LYNCHED posters

Hate to have such an obvious pick, but Club Silencio is probably my favorite film sequence ever

It's small, but the moment in Mulholland Drive when when Adam and Betty first lock eyes on the set

The scene in Twin Peaks where Leland Palmer kills Maddy. Genuinely shocked me. Maddy was also a total cutie so it hurt to watch. Truly Lynchian....

They were trying to show how brutally he killed Laura through this scene correct? And yes, it was fucking brutal.

the audition in Mulholland Drive, just an incredible piece of acting

When Senirita Dido kissed the ball with Laura in it after all that insane shit in episode 8. I just teared up and didnt know why. I got lynched, I guess. Seriously it struck such an accord with me.

Also the guy comforting the woman whose kid was ran over. And the homeless woman tthanking Dougie then that haunting melancholic music started playing.

>struck such an accord
heh, close enough

I'VE HEARD ABOUT YOU

This is one of the only things I remember from that pilot

You all suck.

I can't limit to just one, but this one was transcendent.
