Like roughly 250,000 votes left in NC and if those are mail-in and if those skew heavily Biden it could potentially swing it but it's not bloody likely despite NC being razor thin right now. Pennsylvania's also quite unlikely but there's more uncounted votes there so there's more room for the great Jeb attack.
