The whole anti murderer thing was more to setup the plot twist of Saw 3 and now people have read too far into the pathos of Jigsaw which has always been illogical and not well enough planned/written. Alot of Jigsaw's traps wouldnt be entertaining if they conformed to a rigid and pure version of his rules but obviously you would make a movie more enjoyable than make its own logic more sound
