Not him but haggis is basically a big sausage filled with ground beef, herbs, spices and oats. It's very hearty but not for everyone as it can be pretty gamey unless you season and cook it properly.

I douse eggs in worchestershire all the time which is the adults brown sauce. The chips just benefit from the sugar/vinegar combo in tomato sauce to complement the fatty flavours
