OH MY GOD, ARE YOU DOING A STAR TREK THREAD?!
Thanks for proving the discord raid is real.
Rent free.
Not like anyone ever doubted it.
Discovery and Lower Decks are really quite good, actually.
Based OP. However I always hated the time travel/historical episodes unless it was to present day to see the gang goofing around like pic related.
>Putting Discovery in with LD
Stop false flagging.
Discovery and Lower Decks are really quite good
... for me to pee on LOL
Eat shit, tranny.
Onto the transporter pad, fido.
They didn't use the transporter on ENT much.
Based OP.
>Not denying it
I see through your facade.
If TOS is your favorite show, you're either a literal grandpa(acceptable) or you're a tasteless philistine.
How come if STD and PIC are supposed to be canon they haven't mentioned that Spock wound up in the Kelvin universe? They don't even mention the jellyfish ship or the lightning storm in space that took him and Nero away. I imagine it's purely because they don't have the rights to say too much about it, but anything is more helpful than "he just disappeared". Can they really not even throw Bad Robot a bone? Not even a wink?
I'll never deny that STD, SPIC and LODE are shit. Keep seething, CBS shill.
Absolutely blessed, cheers
because there's a legal divide between tv and movie trek, and cbs did their "best" to reconcile the division in their newer productions.
It's not even the same Beagle.
Based but cringe.
Spock didn't send an email saying what he fate was going to be before he got dragged into another universe by Nero
unequivocally based
What makes Star Trek Beyond so good?
i mean, its my favorite of the jj trek movies, but it tanked. i probably have shit taste.
I would actually say it's the fourth best Star Trek movie.
It's fun
Isn't frequently as stupid and sloppy as the first two
Doesn't literally treat exactly the same ground the way the first two do
It had an advertising campaign that started so badly even the cast thought the people responsible made a horrible mistake
Who is that? Looks like the guy from Shaun of the Dead lol.
Nothing.
GOTTEM
It's actually Star Trek for one thing. Also it's just one long away mission and it's got a based NX class ship in it. Also mentions the MACOs and Xindi and as always the score is great. Even the little TOS theme from Shore Leave is in there. Also Jayla. Also the tribute to Prime Spock was wholesome and the best send off possible.
Not good, OK. And it's because it's the one that's closest to traditional Trek without falling into as many NuTrek tropes.
>closest to traditional Trek without falling into as many NuTrek tropes.
Maybe so. But it still have a retarded supervillain who wants to take revenge on everyone except the people who actually wronged him.
meanwhile normal thots do fucking retarded little dances on tiktok and manage to get exposure an order of magnitude larger than this entire film. im being especially bitter bc i am drunk, but i think theres a point to be made here.
How would you rank Star Trek movies? For me it's:
1. The Motion Picture - a high-concept sci-fi classic
2. The Wrath of Khan - superb action movie
3. The Voyage Home - a quirky adventure
4. Beyond - an episode of TOS in movie-format
5. The Undiscovered Country - a perfect send-off to the old cast
Everything else is is shite and not worth a mention.
I said they didn't fall into as many NuTrek tropes. They still fell into some.
The point is you're an incel, obviously.
I get it. But the retarded villain is one of the biggest flaws of NuTrek movies. It's enough to ruin the entire experience for me.
literally fucked 10 minutes ago and i;ve been with more women than your age, try harder.
Krall is only a retarded villain if you've seen the previous two. He's someone who was born into an age of war and cannot accept the world working any other way. That's pretty compelling.
Then again, why would you watch 09 and ID anyway?
Yeah sure, that's why you're bitching about tiktok videos in a Star Trek thread.
>It's Starfleet, Annex-class.
What did she mean by this?
It's a huge fucking galaxy. He could've become a merc for any faction out there if fighting was all he wanted.
Taking revenge on Federation for the audacity of not being in a war at the moment was retarded as fuck.
