It's automatic, once you have the file you can share with other peers. You're still sharing while it downloads. Every time you get a piece of the file, it's getting shared. That's how MPAA/ISP/RIAA catches people. If there's 0 leechers you won't share any.
literally just set it to 0.5gb or 1gb upload rate and still get credit for uploading.
