Depends on what type of arrowhead is used, in fact it's often even deadlier with certain arrow head that makes the target bleed out so fast they die from blood loss and often wounds that cannot be fixed in time. Not sure about the movie you posted as I don't take archery in movie as realistic like how most of the gun works in movie vs IRL.
