He's an assistant manager.

murrican houses are cheap in price and quality

Texas is dirt cheap and this was set in the 90s when everything was less expensive

90s southern texas. that shit couldn't be more than 150k but i wouldn't be surprised if it was as low as 80k. hank seems like a penny saver and lived in an apartment into his late twenties, so he probably had a decent sized downpayment. i'd suspect that buck pays him 30-40k a year. hank could easily rock a 10 year mortage. it wouldn't surprise me at all if the house was payed off too.

While supporting an obese son and a wife that requires expensive clown shoes every month.

There was a time in history where a man could get a job out of high school and support a family with a house.

Those times are over.

Pretty comfy house.

>shoe price is determined by shoe size
lol

remember what they took from you.

are you European or something? That house would have been considered lower-middle class in the 90s when the show was current. Hank Hill is not a rich man.

(((they)))

Those times are still around you just have to be a hard worker with some people skills and not just a lazy videogame playing NEET. Not that there's anything wrong with that, just don't pretend it was people like you that were out there working and supporting a family.

He made a commission

Through the series she had custom ordered shoes but at one point ends up going to a drag store to get her shoes instead. She's a size 16, men.

kek, I get paid to sit around and write 20 lines of code every few days. But I have friends who never went to college and make double my income, because they worked really hard while I stayed in programming and jerking off.

In a part of the country nobody wants to live with shit education systems and hardly any jobs....from an era when Republicans hadn't completely buttfucked the middle class out of existence.

>In a part of the country nobody wants to live

What planet are you on?

No user, Newt Gingrich, Roger Ailes, Bremer, Cheney and Rumfeld aren't Jews either. I'll give you Wolfowitz though

Right wingers really have trouble grasping property values

Not to be THAT guy, but Judge said it's based in north Texas, specifically DFW area suburbs. Arlen = Allen and Garland combined. I'd say 80-150k in those areas for the 90s is about right for price, but nowadays that home in those areas is gonna run you 300-400k. If it took place today, I'm not sure if he'd be able to afford it unless he was really frugal.
