Why the FUCK are these movies considered the best of all time by all popular cirtics? Am I the only one here with half a brain. They are literally the epitome of the factory-made committee-approved over-budgeted product that yes it's not totally stupid yes it's not totally horrible but fuck the fuck off calling it one of the best movies of any fucking year your brainlet fuck.
Why the FUCK are these movies considered the best of all time by all popular cirtics...
everyone knows this op
theyre pretty based ngl, character development, acting is aight, big stars, good plots, connected universe/movies.
the answers to every 'why' history is politics and money
or sex & women, when it involves men doing stupid shit
We know, OP.
We already know.
Already the 2nd post defends them. Prepare for many more.
This. OP is clearly autistic.
Hot take: 40% of the movies were actually good, the rest was serviceable. It wasn't dogshit by any degree and the funding they put into it really shows. The comedy was slightly bad, though.
I wonder how these movies will be looked at in 2050.
they wont
Because it's a huge, important part of one of the largest franchises Hollywood has ever shat out and they do nothing but stroke each other's dicks over their cinematic "achievements". Nobody with any amount of taste and a functioning brain thinks any MCU movie is anything more than a series of cheap popcorn flicks but because they're fucking money makers the academy will fellatio them to hell to inflate how profound and important they are, and normies believe it. It has nothing to do with it being artistic or well made or revolutionary or anything to do with the art of cinema. It's all about money and marketing. Pretty much Hollywood putting their own sculpture in a museum they own and giving it awards themselves to inflate how important it is.
tl;dr Hollywood just sucks it's own dick because nobody can stop them.
The comedy is a easy indicator of the core problem. Too much sanitation: the whole thing screams it's made by committee. This is NOT a problem of too much "childish" art: that can be silly and original too: it's too much safe spaces and too much tropes (in a bad way) with the only goal to maximize the least offence to the general idiot.
In the future basically everything made these days will be seen as being as embarrassingly cliched as stuff from the 1950s is seen now
>mcu
>acting
infinity war was a great movie
endgame was just ok
the praise of the duology comes from its well executed first half with the anti-climax. the second half just isn't as enthralling.
>Why the FUCK are these movies considered the best of all time by all popular cirtics
They aren't though
They're considered some of the best capeshit of all time. Very low bar.
>Why the FUCK are these movies considered the best of all time by all popular cirtics?
They aren't. Rotten Tomatoes scores do not reflect average ratings and instead show the percentage of critics who found the movie passable, which is exactly what committee made movies are. Too safe to be bad, too safe to be good
>Anthony Hopkins
>Samuel Jackson
>Robert Redford
>Michael Douglas
>Jeff Bridges
>Michael Keaton
>Ben Kingsley
>Mads Mikkelsen
>Josh Brolin
>Mickey Rourke
>Cate Blanchett
>Tim Roth
>etc.
all shit
It’s an absolute tragedy Disney felt the need to have them all (except for one or two exceptions) adhere to the exact same visual style. So much wasted potential
Who did Mads and Tim Roth play?
I'm aware I could easily google this, but also, fuck you
I hate when contrarians try to deny that some of these movies have a legitimate heart and emotions.
Yeah-yeah you're a college student that knows about monopolies and call Disney the Mouse but stfu and realize that these movies wouldn't be successful if they didn't evoke feeling and weren't appealing to wide audience.
>Why the FUCK are these movies considered the best of all time by all popular cirtics?
they aren't, this is just seething autist fantasy, popular doesn't mean best
mads was in doctor strange, criminally underused tbqh as a one and done villain, fingers crossed they find an excuse to bring him back and make better use of him. tim roth was in the ed norton hulk way back at the beginning of it all.
>In the future basically everything made these days will be seen as being as embarrassingly cliched as stuff from the 1950s is seen now
>He doesn't understand this is forever yet...
Critics don't critique movies anymore, they just sell out and promote them, especially when they are multi million dollar mainstream titles that aren't allowed to fail.
They are objectively unadulterated garbage created for the plebeian masses to consume, but saying that won't get you promoted or any sweet deals.
Are the Transformers movies good?
They're utter trash, mass appeal doesn't equate quality, it just means there's a very, very low entry barrier.
You do realize everyone you listed does MCU projects to make a quick buck, right?
Only moviegoers who actually believe the MSU films are critically acclaimed/good cinema think these people appear in them because they want to.
