It's an interesting video, but his larger argument relies too heavily on showing how well Lucas knows his kino and drew upon his culture, and attacking YT critics for thinking they're cleverer or know more about film than him. I get his point, and understand it can get frustrating after you seen 10 videos of the sort; but that still doesn't actually mean the prequels are good though (and I'm speaking as someone who rather likes them overall). Also, RLM is comedy as well, so why blame them for doing hooker jokes? video essays aren't their format, and I guess there's a big audience for that on YT desu
