I've seen three of my four grandparents die from it, and it's a terrible, slow, painful way to go. They don't say it much, but they are in pain constantly. Not to mention they can feel themselves getting more unaware by the day.
People say "DEPRESSION DID IT, HE NEEDED TREATMENT AND-" completely ignoring how fucking awful it is to lose literally all autonomy. There is no cure or drug for that, just a slow slide on the way out that Robin didn't want to go through.
