Which one

Nolan only does the one take

t. Legally blind

the guy walking backwards

Who are they even fighting?

Nolan probably told him to go backwards to fuck with people and make him feel smarter.

The russian protecting the base but it makes no sense since there are inverted and forward troops in both camps, besides there are no clear spots that the troops are taking it's like joining a FPS online game and you spawn in the middle of the battle.

it makes perfect sense

another Nolan flick another extra fuck up
not surprised
it's his signature at this point

Why does Sator have a private army defending the base? Why are half of them inverted? How did Sator know he was going to end the world at that point? Why didn't he already know he'd fail and die?

>people actually praised the immense fuck ups that were his batman capeshit attempts

To protect the base from any Tenet bullshit.
>Why are half of them inverted?
To protect the base from any Tenet bullshit again.
>How did Sator know he was going to end the world at that point?
He's the inverted Sator, he gets to choose the moment so he chose the Vietnam trip, allegedly the last time he was anywhere near happy.
>Why didn't he already know he'd fail and die?
Because inverted Sator dies on that day.

>this is Zig Forums favourite new film

OHNONONONO
HAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA

Well I suppose there is Sator's army permanently protecting this base. That's a lot of resources, alot of guys to pay and train and a lot of guys who know about time inversion.

Zig Forums apparently hated Dunkirk why aren't we allowed to like Tenet, a good Nolan flick?

I bet it's Place Beyond the Pines user, he's ruined many movies

>Inverted Sator was going to end the world on the last time he was happy

What was he going to do about normal Sator?

4channel autism is cute

>Nolan movie action sequence
>extras visibly fucking up

yeah it's like his trademark at this point

He wouldn't have to do anything. Inverted Sator is somewhere else off-screen. In fact he couldn't do anything about past Sator because he needs past Sator so past Sator can eventually become inverted Sator.

Who in his right mind would go into a battle where there are forward and inverted people shooting and bombing you? It's suicide.

Debicki says earlier in the film that Sator sleeps with 70 men on his yacht. I presume those are the people protecting the base.

Both sides had inverted and normal troops so it's about as evenly matched as you can get.

it's baneposting fatigue. Zig Forums probably won't recover for another few years.

I mean non-inverted Sator is somewhere off-screen.

This doesn't make sense. Inverted Sator is the one talking to Protagonist on the phone, but he's also somewhere else off screen?

NPCs

wow I though this movie filtering people was just a meme

>Why does Sator have a private army defending the base?
it's not just Sator, it's his future overlords who are extremely powerful and are trying to secure the artefact for themselves. think of Sator as just their right hand in our present timeline
>Why are half of them inverted?
see above
>How did Sator know he was going to end the world at that point?
with his death his watch transmits the coordinates of the artefact, which ensures the future people know where to dig it up and acquire it. since their end game is to reverse the flow of time this means the end of the world us regular folks
>Why didn't he already know he'd fail and die?
that's literally the whole point of the entire third act. Tenet is not trying to stop the explosion that seals the artefact they are trying to steal the artefact while it looks like they are failing to stop the explosion that seals it. if Sator knew then the mission would fail

...

It doesn't stand out as much as the other Nolan fuck-ups because of the people looking over the ledge which he's running backwards from

>future people need the artifact
>They're already using time inversion technology
>Their mission fails
>They still somehow have inversion technology

You've been filtered.

>mfw

Did you even watch the movie user?

lmao he cut this part out of the movie. it's so jarring. he just sticks an overhead shot of the mole so you don't see that guy.

2/10 bait

The algorithm isn't about time iversion technology, it's about another technology that permanently inverts the worlds

>Can't explain it
>"Did you even watch it?"
>"2/10"

Nice try.

retard

You're too stupid, I wouldn't understand it even if I did explain it.

I am chad, you are virgin.

I can explain
1. the inversion in unrelated to the artefact
2. you are retarded

>The algorithm inverts things

How is that any different from the inversion technology?

The point is that the algorithm/turnstiles reverse entropy.
