Ewoks are fairly popular. Some hardcore OT purists don't like them, but you can find similar minority criticism of Grogu, too. And most of the criticism with Ewoks surrounds their being able to overpower the most elite soldiers in the galaxy with stone age weapons whereas Grogu hasn't done anything nearly that hard to swallow- sure, he's got some impressive force powers but it also has the major drawback of draining him severely.

Porgs were successful enough as merchandise but they didn't have the lasting impact of Grogu simply because they didn't have the substance behind them Grogu does. Grogu is an actual character with a story that in turn affects the story of the characters around him. The backlash to TLJ also probably hurt the porgs whereas reaction to The Mandalorian has been much less polarized.

Gungans were never meant to be cute and their style of speech and behavior made them more obnoxious than anything. Plus, Jar Jar is no Yoda.

The Ewoks were pushed super-hard at the absolute apex of Star Wars fandom, and still they are a big nothing. Alf had a more lasting cultural impact than the Ewoks.
