This
just another shark has been jumped that day
This but unironically
Kinda expected it given they had that random guy in the past that also got revived.
>Lul he just nutted his way to life
I didn't watch it as it aired, but as soon as I got to this part, it was downhill. GOT seasons 1-4 is god tier TV
sneed park
"no-one's ever really gone..."
literally every knew it was coming, bookchads were spoiling it harder than when people would drive by book stores with loud speakers yelling snape killed dumblore when people were lining up for some harry potter book
It hasn't even happened yet in the books though, tardo
>I'm glad I stopped watching
You can see a reaction to every major point in the show by watching the burlington bar videos
this
everyone knew it was coming, the real shocker was him beign killed, the board was 50% his stupid dying face and 50% finn from the star wars trailer
It was pretty good even though everyone saw it coming for years. Season 6 made me want to pull my hair out but looking back it had some great moments. /GOT/ thread were fun.

Yawn. Everyone knew he was getting rezzed even though this is the last book scene for Jon (possibly ever). It's pretty fucking obvious.
The buildup for this is so comically stupid. Davos hates magic and has no reason to think someone can be brought back from the dead, but randomly goes to Melisandre to ask for that to happen. Then he and others are willing to die to defend ... a dead body. And Thorne and his crew are willing to fight them ... to get at a dead body. The writers may as well have had Davos talk about how he read ahead in the script and found out that Jon was gonna be king in the north.
>this is the last book scene for Jon (possibly ever)
Balls. The fact that he's a Targ is a crucial plot point which the books have yet to address. Gurm used this very point to test D&D before granting them the rights.
>implying the fat man will ever release the next book
All bets are off now. GRRM has most likely rewritten all of Winds since the end of the show and recently admitted that even some chapters he's read publicly have changed. He could very well have even changed his mind on some things he's told D&D. Look at how different the original publisher's treatment for the book series was.
The killing of Jon is even more stupid. Why the fuck do the Night's Watch want to kill him after the success that was Hardhome and the Wildlings raising no trouble? They also all wait neatlyin a line to stab him. What a stupid scene.
had it spoiled
this, it was still pretty fun to be on the ride during season 6. 7 was the turning point

Its because D&D rewrote the motivation for the srabbing like retards. In the books i think Ramsey writes a letter teasing Jon and threating the Night's Watch so he propses to lead a group of men inside winterfell to kill Ramsey. Thats agaisnt the rules so tbeg stab him.
>They also all wait neatlyin a line to stab him
He was already gravely injured by then. The lining up was so they could all deliver a symbolic stab ("for the watch") and thus all would have a stake in the treason.
*er, mutiny technically, I suppose.

kek, true. Once Thorne let them back through the wall his main point of contention was entirely moot. Made zero sense at that point to kill the one dude keeping the peace.
