The Grifter
Hell House LLC
Event Horizon terrified me and gave me nightmares. I recently rewatched it and it didn’t seem so bad.
The only movie that's really ever scared me is Darkness Falls because i was 12 and it made me fear the dark itself.
And paranormal activity, because it's just happening in their house in broad daylight and i lived in the basement at the time
Lake Mungo. If you think it sucks you got filtered and should probably rewatch the Conjuring again or some other bullshit.
prince of darkness always did it for me, none of the effects but the thought of time traveling broadcasts using my brain as a receiving dish fucked me up good
The Strangers. I grew up several miles outside of a small town, in the woods. The idea that a few people could just surround the house and break in for no reason other than to fuck with us is horrifying.
The doll makes the same face i make when i get spaghetti sauce on a new white t-shirt.
whats a grifter?
I found the first house that October built to be extremely unsettling. Provided you engage with the movie it feels like a really good haunted house experience
Hostel
None, they are usually shit.

Threads is the only scary movie ive ever seen and ive seen them all.
it sucks. you have the taste of a redditor who only watches big budget movies
Keep your gay ass creepypasta out of here
I like fun horror movies with cute girls.
Fuck you user. I still get flashbacks from that.
The scariest horror movies are the one that convey a deep sense of isolation, where the character is stranded from the comfort of their home
Midsommar and The Vanishing are prime examples
Sorry. No webm thread and I just want to post this cute girl from Deadtime Stories.
Ils creeped me the fuck out when I watched it for high school french class like 12 years ago, but I watched it again last year and it was kind of lame. I'm not sure if it's just better if you go into it not knowing anything, or if I was just a fraidy cat at age 15
Horror is very subjective.
If OP's image is your barometer, try "The Descent"
Shit horror movie but cute girl.
>who only watches big budget movies
lolwut how do you get that from Lake Mungo? That movie's budget was like $0.95
I seriously worry about that baby scene.
I really liked this movie up until the ending, also what the fuck is with the sequels? I read up on the plot synopsis and it almost ruined the first one for me
Pumpkinhead is scary, but the girl they cast as a dirty hillbilly took me right out of the film. So stupid and unrealistic.
