no

No. Classically trained actors doing schlock for cash is a Hollywood tradition. Most just have fun hamming it up in a non-serious role.

Kenneth Branagh enjoys pleb shit

Anthony Hopkins stars in more shit than good stuff.
He's kind of a hack

he also directs pleb shit

no. all actors and dancing monkeys vying for money and attention.

Why did he do it?
What's the backstory?

>Chris Hemsworth
>classically trained
kek
also no, nobody feels bad about making millions

They are just movie actors. They're not real actors.

brie was upset that she was feeling attraction to Chris hemsworth as this was her peak public white male hating phase so she took it out on the black gentlemen next to her

that makes literally no sense.

>Chris Hemsworth
Wasn’t he a soap actor before coming to Hollywood?

Don Cheadle is a grade A twat in all aspects so whatever is most sheisty and douchey then The Chead will be doing it.

i think you're confusing movie stars who generally play the leads, with all the actual theater actors that make up the supporting character roles

they cope by telling themselves that superheros are the same archetypical roles as old gods, then they can close their eyes and pretend they're in a 2000 year old greek play while they're actually waving their hands around in front of a green screen and being forced to say joss whedon quips

The guy gives his all in every movie he's in regardless of quality. Also, he's got bills to pay probably.

"Do people normally in a profession that usually pays like shit not like making millions of dollars every time they take a shit on-screen?"

Kek

his ancestors were owned by injuns

Do you think the greeks didn't also have the equivalent of joss whedon quips? I agree the dialogue of these movies sucks but not every tragedy or comedy put on by the greeks was gonna be solid gold either

A great deal of great classically trained actors, such as Anthony (Tony) Hopkins, Charles Dance, Jeremy Irons and others actually likes to appear in big, lowbrow blockbusters, because they can get tons of money and fame from it, and basically just have some fun.

Look at the outtakes of Tywin in Game of Thrones, Charles Dance becomes someone else right after the take is ruined. They are not autists, just people having fun

Aside from Hopkins I never seen any those people in anything of note.

>white male hating phase
>phase
Right.

Cheadle has been in a ton of "whitey so bad and racist" movies. They always win awards no matter how poorly they are made.

>classically trained actors
actors are literal prostitutes embarrassing themselves on camera with make believe
they're jokes

would you feel bad making millions?
im sure most people would kill for that

these kind of comments come from people that have only seen a few hundred films

>>Kenneth Branagh
>don’t remember him being in any capeshit
>search for “Kenneth Branagh Marvel”
>director of Thor (2011)
What the fuck?

>Do you think actors feel bad about making lots of money
No.

No, it’s the best they’re ever going to get paid and they get to be in something their kids or grandkids will enjoy.

>classically trained

what does this even mean?

schoolin' you inbred

going to drama school for greek and shakespeare

It feels very theatrical especially when they’re on Asgard and Thor and Loki sound like wannabe Shakespeareans. I don’t know how you didn’t notice.

Those were the only good parts t b h

So just saying "trained" would mean the same?

They always say this about piano too. If they are talking about somebody who knows how to play a piano they will say they are "classically trained"
Its like no shit, everybody who took piano lessons is classically trained. Nobody teaches rock or pop piano. Pretty much every piano teacher you will find teaches classical piano and thats it.

>So just saying "trained" would mean the same?
no, that's not the same

I think he gone too far in some places

Whats the difference between taking acting classes and being "classically trained"
Just the diploma?

classical theatre and modern theatre are not the same thing

Classically trained actors usually have theater career not just movies and tv commercials

That’s less than half of the movie, most of which is a boring Thor sitcom

someone that went to formal ballet academy most of their life is different than someone that took some modern dance classes in college
