No.
Laughable.

No and I actually enjoyed the books

imagine a copper penny falling forever down a brass tube roughly four feet in diamater

im thinking of a coin slot

It’s terrible

Terrible as always. I managed to barely marathon the first episode

Question is, what makes it terrible? Apart from the Netflix diversity.

contrarian

Cavil is fine but he doesn't make up for the rest of the awful shit that the series is. I wasn't aware how much substance one could remove from Witcher short stories of all things.

The incoherent writing and the horrible dialogue.

I liked it, but I have the ability to turn off part of my brain in order to enjoy dumb shit.

>horrible miscast
>what makes it terrible?
Gee I wonder.

he was fine, it's a 6/10 trashy fantasy show, same as the books, don't go into it with huge expectations or looking for it to be THE NEXT GAME OF THRONES like some retards did for some reason, they have nothing in common.

too many nigs and mutts playing white characters

>6/10 trashy fantasy show, same as the books
t. the insane showrunner cunt

it's very enjoyable for the most part, but fans of the game and books hate it. the three primary cast members are all very good. it's like a cross between Xena and Game of Thrones.

>horrible miscast
as bad as Cavil's acting could be he is a good casting choice on aesthetics alone

One of the worst things for me was the absolutely terrible monster design and cgi. The dragon episode is probably my favourite short story and the dragon looks seriously PS2 graphic tier. Other than that shit costumes, acting by most, totally unnecessary time skipping, needless OC stories, terrible world building. They’ve also used up and butchered most of the short stories which were really the best parts of the books, the actually main story isn’t that great

Dont listen to these fucking losers
Its fine.
Writing isnt good, story is dumb, casting spells is complete cringe outside of a few cases
Its enjoyable tho. Set pieces are great, costumes (outside of you know what) are good. Action scenes are good.
Worth a watch. Dont expect the next LotR
Some sub stories are pretty great

>it's a 6/10 trashy fantasy show, same as the books

Lmao no, the books are 6/10 muh egdy fairytails shit while the show is a 0/10 pozzed horribly miscast shitshow that appeals to retards and women like you

>egdy fairytails
The books aren’t edgy at all.

They are also quite liberal, which makes the freakout about diversity much funnier. Sapkowski probably welcomed it.

>They are also quite liberal
And yet netflix turned it into a racist caricature.

>The books aren’t edgy at all.

Yes they absolutely are dark, edgy and unoriginal takes on fairytails

Loved Cavil in it, his deadpan "fuck" lines when shit went really sideways were always great. But besides that it's ok.

european fairytails are dark and edgy to begin with

>Loved Cavil in it, his deadpan "fuck" lines when shit went really sideways were always great

Honestly can't tell if you're serious or not

You don’t know what you’re talking about.
Is this a youtube comment?

>You don’t know what you’re talking about.

How so? Sapcuckskis shortstories are literally fairytails with an edgy protag

It's pretty incomprehensible for the most part, the story is all over the place, it's like someone had a storyboard, cut random bits out and sort of jumbled it up. Production values are good, it looks good but that's largely it.

I though Cavill was a great choice, I like how he delivers his lines a bit more deadpan and serious, feels a lot more like the actual game protoganist and not some typical American action hero film character.
