In order to write an interesting woman, you essentially have to write her as a man, so why not just make the character a man? Women can be compelling side characters sometimes.

Women typically don't face the threat of physical danger or destitution with no one caring like men do, so a lot of material stakes are off the table. That's why so many movies or shows with female protagonists focus on empowerment or mental health issues compared to male-centered shows.
If you want to travel all over the country/world and don't have a college degree (I don't think you need one), it's an open job. Kind of like how being a police officer can in some cases lead to a long lasting political career with nothing more than a high school degree.

When you get more experience you'll learn that absolute mindsets are very difficult to change, hence me not even bothering in my first post
