At some point, it should become obvious to even Ira (when not already) he's chasing a balloon full of fart around. OR, he can go after the company where the IP stolen form his brother landed, and someone who may actually have resources worth pursuing. Wrong for two reasons:
Firstly Creg has access to a significant amount of BTC. The secret deposition is likely to be a trustee to the fund.
If Craig had not produced the relevant proof (under seal I think) then the other side would have applied for summary judgment and the case would not be going to trial.
Secondly, Ira is only entitled to seek possession of one (1) patent that was granted before Dave's death. It is not likely that Dave contributed to the IP, so Ira will get nothing.
