Unless you plan on dying or killing yourself before age 70 then yes it's a good idea since it's essentially free so to speak, extra money from your employee. Should get at least a 50% match up to 6% (so don't take out more than 6% of your checks towards it or whatever the number is your employer offers)

I've been looking through my paperwork and found it. Looks like they do but the wording is weird, it says 100% of 3 percent of eligible pay.

I'm guessing that means only the money I make working there gets matched? And that if I add money they won't match it?

Yes it would only be money you earn there, so you should contribute 3% of your pay at that job to it

I'm not sure how it works if you have two jobs. I've only had one, when I switched jobs, I just rolled/transferred it over to the next job

pay off your debt. your creditor will settle for a fraction of your debt. try it user, make a phone call and ask to pay a settlement of 30% of your total debt and 9/10 times they will agree.
