Etherscan has 123 million in total supply.
23 million is still to be burned. These are ecosystem tokens that were supposed to be unlocked every 90 days. These will continue to be unlocked according to this schedule but instead of all going to the ecosystem, only 1 quarter will while the other 3 quarters will be sent to the burn address.
We have been at 60 million since March but I think in early april another 3 million got freed up and the pooled staking has already received 1.3 million tokens. It might already be as high as 66 Million or so.

So what's the actual circulating supply by your measure?
