Landlords BTFO

Yikes.....It's almost like Landlords will have to get a full time job and stop being a parasite that just lives off the backs of others....

Justice is being served lads.

Also, kek at the landlords in the comment section raging at not getting any money for rent.

Ask me how i know your skin is brown

ITT: landless rentcuck cope

Who should own the apartments if not landlords?

Landlords should have know that entering the investment world has it's risk vs rewards.

Those who thought it would be a free lunch to "financial independence" are wrong. They are going to be paying for their ignorance via bankruptcy.

This is a good thing. That means properties will be allowed to become cheaper, and many renters will be able to afford houses.

Landlords are parasites. It's time to get a full time job.

They are cookies with no personal responsibility so they are going to say the government. They want to be taken care of like the little tranny cucks they are.

Yikes you can go live with Jamal and T money in section 8 when there’s no place to rent in the future

Rhetorical question: obviously landlords.

However, landlords should understand that owning rental properties is an investment, thus it has it's risk vs rewards.

Why didn't landlords have 6 months saved up in case of an emergency? Is it because they had to buy the latest BMW to impress their facebook "friends"? They didn't prepare for a downturn, they deserve to learn their lesson.

I've known plenty of these fucks that just go bankrupt trying to compete for tenants in upper middle class bracket. Landlords have been perpetually btfo forever. The only thing most these fucks can get without a fight is literal section 8 tier tards who will be financial costs that break staircase rails and shit.

Are you Chapofaggots still trying to shill your Commie BS here?

Ask me how I know your nose is hooked

>I am a landlord.
>I have a full time job
>My tenant doesn't even cover the mortgage. They are paying 2/3 of what i could get if i rented it to someone else.
>I've been doing them a favor, because i feel sorry for them, and know they can't afford things.
>How do they repay me? Not only did they not pay rent this month, but they won't even call me back or respond to any of my emails. I'm totally willing to work with them, but they won't even answer the phone. At some point, i will have to evict them, and its sad. They have no concept of how much money I have saved them over the years.
And now, people are calling me a parasite online for basically subsidizing low income housing. Rediculous.

>(((landlords)))

Meanwhile, dividendchads continue getting paid

Lesson: don't try to help people, it makes them resent you and they'll take advantage of it.

Kick the fucker out, there will be a million others like him you could be helping, why him?

It's clear who is the parasite in your scenario. Go round, remove his things and change the locks. There's no way he'll wiggle his way back in through any legal process.

This. Scooping up your first property with no savings is for broke niggas.

poor people are like that, you give them a hand and they demand an arm
Never help poor people, they don't deserve it

>why him?
Family friend.
Has kids.
Hard worker.
Like I said, I would totally be willing to work something out, but he and his wife have no concept. They just ignore my phone calls, and act like ill just pay their bills for them. A couple of years ago, i raised the rent like $100, just to at least cover the interest and taxes. They acted like I was gouging them. I said, "ok" go ahead and find something cheaper. They stoped complaining when they realized how expensive things really are in their neighborhood.

Same thing happened with a room mate years ago. He kept complaing that rent for his room was too high. He burned a bridge, and moved out, because I wouldn't cut his rent. After he moved out, he couldn't find anything cheaper. He ended up sleeping on his parents couch, and guess what? They charged him the same fucking rent I was charging him, to sleep on a fucking couch?!?! His own parents. Whatever dude.

Yooo haha I hate landlords and capitalism and work am I right fellow 4channers

Back in the cage /polfag

>holding fossil fuel stocks for some shitty dividend

Might be a dumb question, but if my landlord goes bankrupt and i’m still under lease what happens to me?

NEETs tend to not like any of those things.

You get a new handler.

Fucking hate BMW.
Even if I was german I'd drive Opel.
BMW is shit.

How will the jews get their money now? What am I missing????

What did you charge couch dude?

And also, how fucked up are his parents? Charging your out of luck in the streets children? Has Satan caught their souls??

Landlord here. I only have one person not paying and I worked out a deal with her / payment plan. Certainly worried about more people having issues but I can afford the properties so I'll be alright regardless. I try to choose my tenants pretty well and get to know each of them before renting to them.

no one anticipated the risk of the government allowing niggers to live in your properties rent-free while being immune from eviction. Can't wait until 6mo down the line when things open up and all these short-term rats get thrown out onto the street with no credit to boot.

Daily reminder that landlords create economic value.

He was renting a room from us for about $700/month, and that included utilities.
We live in Southern CA.

Thanks. That seems very reasonable in that area. Still hate his parents though. Scumbags.

They might have let him stay for free at first, but at some point they started to charge him.

their parents

>no one anticipated the risk of the government allowing niggers to live in your properties rent-free while being immune from eviction.

No one anticipated a revolution, or a pandemic, or a world war, or a dust bowl climate crisis, etc. Bad things happen to everyone. Those of us already down here in the puddle of self hatred love the poetry of seeing those who once looked down their noses at us being knocked off their pedestals and joining us down below.

Yooo all us 4channers are just a bunch of communist neets am I right fellow 4channers

>Daily reminder that landlords create economic value

No. Like snything else there's a "sweet spot", with the right amount of gentrifying landlords that aren't complete assholes perhaps improving society around them.

But then kike bankers manipulate the conditions so almost anyone can be a landlord or house flipper, then the market floods with speculators and middlemen that extract every last bit of value out of the market.
