It's 100% fake. It's in their name, the whole point with central banks is centrally controlled, i.e. centralized. Zero needs for banks in that system to have blockchain. If any bank in that system tried to connect to an additional system, like blockchain, that central bank would be kicked out of BIS, and there would be produced a ton of academic papers. There is NOTHING connected to FTM. ZERO. It's a total and open fraud. Can't imagine anyone that stupid falling for this low IQ scam.
