Meaning when/if men spend money, it's mostly on needs (food, home/yard/car maintenance etc.) where as when women spend money, not only do they spend 10x the amount of men, but they spend it on disposable crap that has little value (clothes, jewelry, Netflix, alcohol etc.)

Here's an example of the average woman's brain works with finances:
