So, I was presuming I would recieve an offer for 48k a year, upon graduation, which is this weekend, but COVID-19 messed my companies hiring abilities.
I had interned here last summer, and worked part time as I got my degree for $15 an hour 20 hours a week. (During the school year)
Now I can work 30 hours a week for $15, and hope by June to get slaried.
College was fun for the parties, and I’m optimistic about my degree. I’m thinking about getting “great” at coding and going for Software Engineering.
It’s a good postion desu for what I have to do currently. I work from home, and will have training opportunities, and if no salary increase I have made thousands in the stock market and will continue trading, while teaching myself advanced coding techniques.
So could be worse. Honestly getting a degree definitely opens doors, and if you can code, and have a degree your golden.
I’m also learning to be consistent in options trading, so there’s that. I’m actually quite happy with my $15 for work from home.
not bad pay to be honest, just save up and invest wisely
bide your time
Took me five years to get to 22. Started at 16.
Yikes user, I hope your in a low cost of living state. 5 years of call center, I could see how you could be suicidal.
I got 6 months at this $15 an hour rate. Then I’ll look for other opportunities, I also make a lot trading.
I’m really just working so I can boost my resume, so it looks like I have 2 years+ experience for my next job.
I fully expect to be making atleast 60k within 3 years, I have tons of opportunities, it just depends how lazy I get with learning to code correctly.
I make $22 with a masters degree. Live decently though since my lady has money.
Yikes, masters in what? just trying to see if I can avoid that.
doesn't really help lol
kek the absolute state if engineer cucks
t. chad MD
What she make
I'm a server at a restaurant with no degree and make 35$/hr how it's that fair
That's a pretty good wage. Much Kleros you can accumulate. Also, that's a man.
As long as you're not in some shithole city paying $1500 a month in rent you'll be just fine on 22/hr.
Be frugal. Set money aside when you can. Invest.
Then don't waste your money on worthless shit? Maybe like don't be a retard?
I make $26 as an L2 for workstations lamo
what state do you live in?
I make 61k + bonus as a warehouse supervisor. Unless you're at least 40, it's not too late. Got this halfway decent job at the age of 24
I hope you're either 18 or a full time college student
$175k a year + $10K yearly bonus + stock. I’ve been fighting the good fight trying not to be a poorfag myself but it’s been taking its sweet time. Have more money saved up + invested now than ever but it’s hard to climb the ladder with cuts happening left and right.
Call center can make bank.
