No it's a commission based job you make money based on how much sell, some people make tons of money into the six figures but brokering has one of the highest turnover rates as well.

The big brokerages have like 90% turnover per year which is insane, you'll see a new guy and you can be pretty sure he's gone in a couple months.

Well for one those are both fraudsters. Napolean Hill was a fraud and didn't do many of the things he claimed all while running illegal businesses and preaching his "believe it until it actualizes" crap. I just told you. There's far too much competition (low barrier to entry, no UPI (unique selling proposition), let alone right now when there's nothing at all due to reduced economic activity. We're a non-asset based brokerage so there's literally no good selling points I can offer a potential customer.
