already did it, well somewhat. My energy ETF has an oil play that just slashed the yield last night, but the other companies in it are maintaining the dividend. Whole thing is bullish so far. Its a bit harder to pick single companies, but if you know them well, its probably not that big of deal to go long.
Check with any of your friends that have CDLs. they'll give you a good sense of what's moving around. Mine say that there may be issues soon. We're at least going to see prices go up higher.
