OP, did you heard about non surgical rhinoplasty?
Basically in a 30 minute, just injecting micro doses of filler and modelling the nose you're done. After 8-10 months another little injection to keep the results.
And it's crazy, same of better results than a real rhinoplasty for $500 or something and it's totally non surgical.

Not all nose humps are unattractive. Much goes into why this is the case. At my practice, we take into account several other facial features complementing the human face. You could argue the nose itself is better straightened, but you could also determine a human face is still attractive with proportional nose, bridge, and face measurements. Shape and distance relating to nose, cheeks, and eyes really add up overall.
