MVIS SECOND COMING

Seeing too much “I saw this on Stocktwits so they must be right” negativity so do your own research and if you’re “bag holding” relax a little bit.

I’ve been into MVIS since March when I started stumbling onto facts pertaining to Halolens and connections to Microsoft so this is a long post to shut up the “it’s was all just a rumor crowd” that’s butthurt UAVS got them last week.

So the points in today’s call:

Cut staff by 60% down to 30 employees. (Go cross reference former MVIS employees that now work for Microsoft since work began on Halolens... it’s 30+.)

April 2017 customer protected by NDA (that was violated via Benzinga false headline) is their sole source of revenue for Q1 of 2020: $1.8m on sales profit of product containing their intellectual being manufactured somewhere else. (Microsoft is an 11 min drive from HQ to HQ.) And another $200k in royalties. What product is each working on that would pay royalties? Oh the Halolens 2. Who’s patents are under a Microsoft umbrella patent approve 5/5/20? Oh MVIS.

Reverse Split: if you don’t have formal education background in organization behavior/change or mergers/acquisitions I’m not gonna knock you for thinking this is another SHIP or TBLT move. You’re talking about currently having 100 million shares out right now. That’s a messy cash buyout for any company with a lot of leg work. So you do a 10-1 reverse that yields 10 million outstanding shares that are now not a penny stock and allows to put more shares into the market. That’s appealing for any buyer. Doesn’t hurt how many times they blatantly stated it is to facilitate a merger or buy out.

So let’s look at the basic time line:

April 2017 - MVIS begins working on proprietary tech that would end up being the Halolens

Between these umbrella patents are filed for that would be approved 5/5/2020 containing MVIS patents within them requiring royalties to be paid to MVIS for use of their intellectual property.

Late 2018 - Microsoft is awarded $418m contract by the Army for the Halolens 2. Government contracts don’t pay until working production ready prototype is approved. Companies don’t make production runs of high value products not patent protected. Back to 5/5 umbrella patents.

5/5/20 - Microsoft patents approved for Halolens 2 containing MVIS patents. So now we’re talking get close to the Army production run that Microsoft would have to continue being MVIS’s sole source of income like Q1 of 2020 paying them $1.8m in sales revenue and $200k in royalties for every $2m that goes to MVIS. That’s just on the $418m Army contract. Not even the auto industry and gaming industry applications postponed by COVID.

So why would the want to buy MVIS? The intellectual property owned by MVIS including 450+ patents on top of no longer having to pay them sales revenue on the Halolens 2 or royalties on patents included in their recent approve umbrella patents. You already employ almost all of the 60% of employees MVIS downsized from because of switching production to you. So organization change isn’t going to effect organizational culture. You then now own 450+ patents you can receive royalties on once others start to release their own AR lenses onto the market as well as numerous other applications like proprietary operating systems currently owned by MVIS.

Black Rock - owns 1.5m shares
Taylor Frigon Capital - owns 3m shares
VEXMX- 1.5m shares

(But y’all claiming rumor probably are wayyyy smarter than the teams behind these firms.)

So those claiming rumor and buying the negative shit on the boards then spewing it out are the idiots. Not the ones actually looking up all this public information and putting in time.

All I wanna know is when can I buy a home in Svalbard if I have 200 shares with an average cost of 1.54

Bumping for the rally.

I fully believe this and I haven't pulled out the 80k I invested 2 weeks ago

im sold. just put in an order for 5000 shares tomorrow morning. you better be right this time OP or my wife is going to divorce me

I agree it’s good to hold but i doubt they’d be giving us MSFT stock, however it would still be a nice profit if they paid even $2 per share

wife thing’s a meme but if you are going to buy keep in mind this is another week hold at least

MVIS in the title, didn’t read. Holy shit nigger gtfo here. You’re going to buy my bags tomorrow once the stock plunges to $0.20, no choice! Imma finna exercises all my hundreds of puts if you dont fuckin shut up, little nigga.

I use Robin Hood
Am I fucked for after hours trading? It seems like at most, you can trade starting at 9am instead of 9:30 and trade until 4:30 instead of 4? I see fucking MVIS price going down after hours all night, does RH just not let you?

Realistically, what are the odds of this? Is it delusional to believe this would happen in the next few months?

Look, I already bought in at .85

I can’t lose anymore money than I already have. I think another $200 blown at around .3 sounds about my speed lol. I’m hard headed and this seems to be a longer term hold.

Take your bag holding asses to Stocktwits you freaks. I once lost 5grand on a pump n dump just like this called toughbuilt TBLT. I held and averaged down held and averaged down thinking surely it was going to moon. It didnt. It reverse split. I sold and you know what it wasn’t that feel good feeling you get when you make profit but it felt good to be free of that heavy ass bag. Cut and run while you can.

im trying to learn a good strat by following the mvis massacre and from what im seeing the total shares outstanding for mvis is abt 130 mil.

now im also seeing that the current mvis shares available for trade is 126 mil.

so only 4 mil shares are currently held by investors.

help me cause from where im standing this is a bad sign. right?

or is it th opposite and 126 mil are currently in investors possession and 4 mil is locked away by rhe company itself?

it's not. it's a failing company that's about to reverse split to avoid being delisted.

stop listening to OP or people feeding you bullshit rumors. they're all fake.

Good man. the ignorant abused MVIS. it’s still only a budding sprout

after hours is 30 minutes of pre-market and 2 hours of after-hours (4-6PM)

Something about this can't stop making me lel

Nice. Just bought 100k

When a stock has a reverse split it dumps for a few hours and days and then goes up like 30%. People who are caught off guard just sell then it normalizes. Be on the look out and sell that pump.

>few hours and days

I feel personally attached to this dumpster fire at this point. Thought i may sell in the morning and buy back with the dump

>man
Sexist pig
