.net developer here

i just think it makes sense for me to learn Angular instead of React, what do you think?
I looked at React and the JSX thing is just headache for me to try to visualize what the HTML page will look like
Who else hates React?

nah nigga react all the way, you will get used to it.

Angulars is very homossexual
Learn React

Stay away from the frontend you cave dwelling nigger.

I do. Its shit. Vue is better than both imo.

Either you get the full tooling and ease of use that Angular provides, or you go for performance with Vue.js.

t. developer who is developing as we speak

React is actually easier than Angular IME. I read some article on react/angular usage by industry a few months ago. I think React is used by more high tech companies/research type of companies, and Angular is used by older enterprise corps like insurance, healthcare, financial services. I think angular was losing market share.

Either way look it up, if your local industry is more conservative businesses like insurance, learn angular. If the industry is more startups/high tech, use react

Either way I'm a Java/Go monkey so I deal with more backend. React was easier for me to learn in my free time

Original Vue was. It got taken over by changs and now it's unusable. Stick to React.

React is great once you understand it
I’ll use it every day of the week and never once think of angular

Please, stay far away from Angular. I would go so far as to even say Angular 1.7 is better than that garbage.

I don't know how Angular's file separation makes more sense than JSX/React. Is it because of the TS? There's TS support in React now. Only thing I can think is the two way binding thing, which is one of the few things that Angular does pretty well.

>code monkey thread
>full of autistic retards who don't comment on the cat
like clockwork

The only things of value that you will have from Angular in 3+ years are learning the lifecycle hooks and Typescript, but you can do this just as easily with any other framework. It is a dying framework and for good reason.

i agree with this assessment regarding framework usage in older vs. newer corporations

JSX reminds me of spaghetti code from yesteryear

yeah but
'' + this + ' isn\'t better' + ''

Learning Angular is pretty retarded. A lot of people get fooled by this bloated disaster of a framework because it has Google's name on it.

React has a future and hundreds of existing codebases you could work on in the future.

JSX is used by people who actually know JavaScript as a language (if you know why undefined is preferable to null in the majority of cases, you are in good shape).

Lol I hire people like you and then sit back and do next to nothing. Ngmi.

recruiters make less than code monkeys buddy

Get out of .net now and into js/ruby/vue/react.. you are fucking up.

Vue is for oldies used to building with HTML templates.

Angular is just fucking stupid.

React with hooks is for zoomers.

React with Redux is for adults.

JSX is chill just get used to it.

React, Redux, and Redux Sagas is literally the greatest embodiment of MVC in web development.

Based except ruby. Forget that shit.

I'm using both Vue and React and agree that angualr can fuck off. Piece of garbage.

Currently still using Java in Backend, I used node for Backend as well but felt a bit messy to me. Long-term I'll try to get rid of java and replace with something else

React is the easy way
Angular is the wrong way
Vue is the right way

ps. Look in to Svelte, that or flutter will be the next thing to learn. (Most likely flutter)

Learning React redux now, finally making sense. Last job was ember, architect there was an actual autist. Amazing the dumb decisions big companies make based on bad hires

literally this

>Based except ruby. Forget that shit.
I agree.. I use erlang/elixir which is better but not widely accepted. Good enough for Discord and WhatsApp tho.

Frontend dev is for brainlets who cant handle actual programming

Elm is the only lang/web framework that matters and Vue approximates it best in JS, second place goes to React/Redux. Angular is just retarded like most things Google tries to do.

frontend* web framework.

Retarded take. "Backend-only" developers hide behind broken interfaces that only frontend developers know the hell of. If you ever work with a proficient frontend team, you will probably be overwhelmed by their ability to exhaust the usability of your shitty API.

Anyone know the best courses/books for Node and React respectively? From a pro's perspective please

You're a damn mongoloid if you think vue 1 was better than vue 2

If you don't use C you aren't a real programmer. Now hurry along its time for your daily standup meeting.
