Fatigue

How do you guys deal with fatigue? I'm tired most of the time, before work, at work, after work. Only time i feel great is after gym. I noticed TL lights at work makes me more tired. But the fatigue persists in weekends. I could sleep 11 hours per day. It grew worse over the years. I take vitamin C, magnesium. Also tried iodine pill but no notable improvements. I'm don't feel depressed. Maybe it's because we're intj's and always thinking which makes us tired?

There is no way to deal with it. I just have to live with it

have you checked your sight? I was having too low strength on glasses for several years and the brain try to adapt to this all the time making you super tired

You can't deal with it
Same for me

it's unironically because you jerk off too much.
Limit to it to once a day and that before you go to bed. nofap isnt good for you either, find a middle ground

eat a big breakfast in the morning and read a chapter of your book, snack the rest of the day, take a short nap after work. you'd be amazed how just changing your routine in the morning helps.

also no caffeine in the morning, wait until mid day, that way the crash hits when you're ready for naptime

I did. I don't need to wear glasses but the eye doctor told me my eyes are perfect, a little too good, so she gave me glasses with minimum strength so my eyes can rest more. Notice no difference

I limit it to 2 times per week.

That's what i'm doing but i'm afraid i'll feel like 80 when i'm 30.

I'm no coffee person. Also definitely not a morning person. My mind wakes up around noon.

type diet

I beat it by waking up in the morning to my SUTER rewards

Really helps start the day off right you know

neither was i, i became one

Ask Zig Forums they would be able to give actually good advice

Lack of testosteroonos. Start pinning.

You need to take nascent iodine, user. The pills don’t do shit. You’ll notice headaches and if you start meditating and focusing on the space between your eyes you’ll be able to awaken your third eye. You gotta focus on the other chakras too, tho.

#nofap is a bitch and I believe in giving it an honest 30-60-90 day shot at least once to see how you feel. I’m finna start the process again come Monday and am using this weekend to burn off the deadwood that night otherwise tempt me. That means this place.

Consider drinking tea. Black tea is a good coffee substitute and green tea is full of antioxidants.

Stop eating processed foods. Focus on raw, one-ingredient foods.

Good luck!

Feel you user, used to feel the same months ago, I'd be furious everyday because after 3 hours of waking up I wanted to go sleep again from the tiredness. I also tried a lot of things with vitamins n exercise and what not but they didn't seem to help much.

I've done so many things trying to fix the problem that I don't really know what I did that finally got rid of it but I can recommend you some of things that I THINK made the most difference:
>I drink inmense amounts of water but mostly because my body asks for it especially when I do some mental demanding tasks
>I stopped watching porn/masturbating freqly
>I started to meditate just a bit and it felt great
>Started to forcefully go to bed before 10PM, usually waking up around 5-7AM everyday, (sleeping on my back)
>good diet, 0 sugar, only drink water

Maybe I'm missing some but that's the lasts things I remember, after 2-3 weeks I started to feel great and I don't feel horribly lethargic anymore, I can last until my bedtime easily now

Just lift bro.

You need a goal to work towards. Something which motivates yourself beyond the short term gratification of doing nothing or "tomorrow". Your actions need to add towards this goal to become meaningful. I felt like you for months, no drive, no incentive to do or change anything. Just floating in the day, no perspective or meaning. Nust work to have an occupation and lice through the many hours of the day. It changed when I set myself a goal has real meaning to me. Something I look forward to archive/become. It changed my life. I'm serious. Sit your ass down and think about what you want to archive by the end of this year. And then write it down. Writing it down makes it real. Verbalize it. Have this intangible idea of changing something become something tangible and specific. And then each day ask yourself how you contribute towards reaching this goal of yours. And at the end of the day reflect on it and hold yourself accountable. It can also help to share this goal of yours with others, a friend or family, as an extra measure of accountability.
Good luck user, I hope you break through that circle.

Literally all of this.

For me I think it's all about diet, certain foods make me tired

I used to lift weights and noticed that during the phases were I was trying to lose weight and eating way less food I had way more energy, and during phases when trying to gain weight while eating lots of food I was constantly tired

For someone like me, intermittent fasting or very small meals is best. I'm at my best energy/focus/mental clarity when I've barely ate, or not ate

nofap
i feel great

You may have Dysthymia (chronic, mild depression) OP

The right anti depressant will change your whole life

>How do you guys deal with fatigue?
cooming, weed. sometimes i will pick up some trash off the floor or empty a piss cup, i will feel proud and accomplished, then it will fade 15 mins later

Have you tried not eating any carbohydrates, that will solve the problem. Go carnivore for a while.

And lift

>Also tried iodine pill but no notable improvements
You think your fatigue is radiation poisoning?

>nofap isnt good for you either
This is a lie
If you find pleasure for it, then jerk off; but if you don’t you’re absolutely ok not doing it, it won’t make you sick or anything

you got any good explanation for why you need that much iodine? in the western world we dont have an iodine deficiency its more of a thirdworld country thing

>I'm no coffee person
So you suffer from debilitating fatigue and don’t use the drug EVERYBODY us in to combat fatigue? That checks out user

diabetes type 2 you fuckin moron, clean your diet and lose fat , fuck carbs, also you sleep too much

Same here fren. I noticed it gets better when I do something outside I really enjoy. Like taking a really long walk im the mountains, or taking a trip to the beach. Other than that, i feel completely useless and drained out most of the time

there is no way, its just a minor form of depression. no amount of pills or supplements will do anything.
you are not happy

alright, did u try meditating and no screen time 1h before sleep?

Take a tea, sit in a comfy place and think about your day' Don't do the whole "my body is connected to the world" new age stuff, just relax the brain

have you heard of mucuna pruriens, op? this shit is very very underrated. I saw it being shilled here on Zig Forums and then decided to gave it a try. I've been having half a teaspon twice per day and so far is life changing. It's been 4 or 5 days but I plan to make different tests. leddit recommends having it everyday for 2 weeks straight then 1 week off!
