All but 3 Bitcoin CME gaps have filled. One of those is this $3500 gap. Another is the famous $11.7K gap. Another is in the $7Ks. All will fill. In stock markets, over 90% of a gaps fill. For Bitcoin CME, all gaps will fill.

It's obviously already been filled, even the image itself shows that if you take the 2 seconds needed to look at it.
It's not a strict rule, gaps don't always have to be filled. Just represents price action moving faster than the the ability for a chart to track it, usually a sign of irrational panic.
