I am sorry that happened to you. Personally, I do not do a lot of actively trading because I found that it was simply a constant source of stress in my life. I have been so much at peace when I decided to simply buy and hold until I am ready to cash out. Don't worry what other people say or what other tokens are doing. Don't worry about the FUD or the FOMO or the nonsense, all of it is just a trick anyway. They are illusions of grandeur.
