The US need to create more debt on top of already having the biggest debt in the world. It will just build up till it gets too expensive for others to pay for the Burgers 'exorbitant privilege'. i.e it will get more & more expensive for the fx markets to keep paying contract in USD. One side effect is large businesses have way more access to capital so if you start a small business they borrow a shit ton of money to compete at a loss and drive you out of business, since the interest rates they get are so low they can afford to borrow for a very long time. Low interest rates is to business what junk food is to humans, it makes them fat and bloated and they never have to be in good shape because they can just borrow and roll over the debt and if the interest rates are negative they are INCENTIVISED to do so, it's literally anticompetitive and anti free market.
