Some interesting info if anyone didn't know it: VTIQ - once the merger is done the shares will be swapped on a 1 to 1 ratio. So 1 share of VTIQ would be 1 share of new company. The new company's mkt cap is over 3 billion. They've already got a shit load of back orders in place. VTIQ's ticker will be switched to new company ticker NKLA. Said merger is to close on June 2nd
