Some think the price of rpl should be at or near .1 eth, I think more based on how many people are going to be able to accumulate just 16 eth ($3200) and some rpl (16-48 - $32 - $96 at current prices. If 10x still only $320-$960-vs accumulating a full 32 eth ($6400). rpl can go up multiples and still be a great deal for those that aren't able to attain 32 eth and still a great deal for those with 32+ eth.

Just noticed the July part of question. July is still a possibility but even if its not, eth 2 phase 0 is coming this year. I have 1,000 validators testing on topaz and shlesi testnets without problems. My best suggestion is join the next rpl beta and you will see where I am coming from.

Tonight, surprisingly trying some a new wine shipment. Lets start with why I was bullish on link - it was building decentralized oracles before there was a need to be perfectly situated to be the standard, mission accomplished. Rocketpool team has been developing Rocketpool for years like link with 0 marketing like link. Rocketpool is setup perfectly to become the standard in decentralized eth 2 staking, a very lucrative position. The similarities with link and rpl are very unique. I like link and rpl, only argument I guess I have is what has a larger upside from their current market cap and market position? In my opinion, chainlink has the market for decentralized oracles while Rocket Pool is setup to become the market, not priced in yet.
