Considering it's almost impossible to get 400k you have a couple options.
1.move to a mountain range or some stretch of wilderness like blue ridge mountains, pick up a couple guides on survival, basic fire starting and water filter tools, canteen and steel pot and live in the wild for a couple years.
2. You can probably move to another country or escape into mexico, You can work there and you'll need to learn Spanish, couldn't be that hard.
