you claim that the address used to pay for the drugs doesn't belong to you. if police asks you why you sent btc to an address that was used to pay for drugs, you can tell them that the address belongs to a person you don't like and that you are not responsible for an address you don't own.

Easiest answer is by telling to the police that your adress has been hack and they send BTC to another adress

you don't have to send it all at once. you can send some btc to a new address you create, and keep creating and sending different amounts of btc each time multiple times, then finally you send the final amount from the last address you created to the drug dealer.
this is good too. just deny everything including the fact that you're denying everything

you can follow the transactions but you can't prove ownership of newly created addresses that you kept sending different amounts of btc to until you finally send it to the drug dealer. hence i call it proof of denial.

if they find the drugs they can charge you. if they don't find the drugs or prove ownership of the address, then what are they going to charge you with? sending btc to an address that was used to buy drugs that you claim no ownership of? you'll get away if you keep your mouth shut and deny everything, satoshi was a genius, best privacy is the simplest.

My worry from ordering from deep web isn't the method of payment its the physical tracking of the item to your house, or whatever.
Also, in my job about 6 months ago I spoke to German police and they have control of tor exit nodes - was to hunt CP users tho. Although they probs have a drugs and arms division too.

it will take a lot more than some compromised exit nodes if you know how to protect yourself while using tor
